6. Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address.
Please ensure your shipping address includes a street name and number, as we may not be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes for some carriers or regions. If a P.O. Box is provided, we will ship via a carrier that can accommodate it.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failure to pay import duties, or unclaimed at the local post office), we will contact you using the email address provided. A refund for the product cost will be issued, minus the original and return shipping costs.
